Rates shown apply to clients entering Support at Home from 1 November 2025. If you were approved for a Home Care Package on or before 12 September 2024, grandfathered arrangements apply (no clinical contribution and 0 to 25% on other services), and transitioned clients have no-worse-off protections. Clinical care (nursing, physiotherapy and care management) carries no client contribution for anyone.
